Description
The HEI-Blue project will launch its first round of face-to-face training sessions in Madagascar during the first week of March 2025.
This Train of Trainers 1, will bring together trainers from all South West Indian Ocean Partner Universities.
Experts from all Universities will be both trainers and trained.
